The Anchorage was not only set on the lake, but was so beautifully decorated inside as well. I was sad that we didn't have a chance to use the heated pool - it looked so inviting! Craig made us feel so welcome and we wished we could have stayed longer!

Our room was bright, sunny and welcoming with thoughtful touches everywhere. Beautiful views from the room and the quaint balcony with privacy and quiet surrounding us. We traveled this way for a wedding, but would visit here again for a holiday based on my stay at this wonderful place.

The Anchorage has extremely friendly hosts, who recommended a wonderful walk and even drove us to the start of it. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are charming and the surrounding area delightful. This is definitely a place to come back to.
